2. ACCEPTED PLAYERS
2.1 Wild.io accepts players only from those countries and geographic regions where online gambling is allowed by law. It is the player’s sole responsibility to inquire about the existing gambling laws and regulations of the given jurisdiction before placing bets on the website.
2.2 Wild.io accepts strictly adult players (the minimum age is 18) and players who have reached the age specified by the jurisdiction of the player’s place of residence as eligible for online gaming. It is the player’s sole responsibility to inquire about the existing laws and regulations of the given jurisdiction regarding age limitations for online gambling.
2.3 It is entirely and solely your responsibility to enquire and ensure that you do not breach laws applicable to you by participating in the games. 3. GAMES
3.1 Some games may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions, as required by the policies of game providers which may change from time to time. 3.2. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm that you know and understand the rules of the games offered on the Website. It is at your discretion to familiarize yourself with the theoretical payout percentage of each game.
4. ACCEPTED CURRENCIES
4.1 The website allows playing for the following currencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), Ripple (XRP), Tron (TRX), Binance Coin (BNB), and Tether (USDT).
4.2. ETH (Ethereum) and USDT (Tether USD) deposits and cashouts are made through ERC-20 blockchain technology, and other technologies are currently not supported. Smart Contract is not supported for deposits and cashouts made in ETH (Ethereum) and USDT (Tether USD), and Tokens are not supported when sending ETH (Ethereum) transactions.
4.3. Currency exchange is NOT possible on-site. That means that, once you deposit in one cryptocurrency, you will only be able to play games that accept said cryptocurrency. Games that use other currencies will not be playable.
4.4. USD conversion allows you to convert the active cryptocurrency balance into USD, but the main currency you play remains the same. If, for example, your active cryptocurrency on the account is BTC, deposits and withdrawals are still being processed in BTC.
4.5. Requesting a withdrawal towards your account's deposit address or any other address attached to an Wild.io account is strictly prohibited. If you attempt to request a withdrawal towards your account's deposit address or any address attached to an Wild.io account, the transaction will be flagged and your account may be temporarily locked by the system.
4.6 The minimum deposit amount for each currency is clearly stated on the deposit page corresponding to that currency. When you make a deposit, your account will be credited with the exact amount shown in the blockchain transaction. It's important to note that the minimum deposit amount does not cover any fees, as Wild.io does not impose any deposit fees. However, your personal wallet will deduct a blockchain fee when sending a transaction. Please no NOT attempt to deposit below the specified minimum amounts, as the funds will not be transferred to your player account and will be permanently lost.
4.7 Please note that each individual currency can only be sent through its dedicated deposit address, which can be found on the respective deposit page for that currency. Cross-chain transactions are not supported and should not be attempted under any circumstances. Any such transactions will result in the loss of funds and cannot be recovered.
4.8 In order to make an XRP deposit to your player account, you will need to input the destination tag when sending the transaction. You can find the unique destination tag inside the XRP deposit page. Failure to use the destination tag provided on your deposit page or using an incorrect destination tag will result in your transaction being lost and irretrievable.
5. FEES AND TAXES
5.1 You are fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to your winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of your residence.
6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITIES
6.1 By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm your awareness of the fact that gambling may lead to losing money. Wild.io is not liable for any possible financial damage arising from your use of the Website.
6.2 Wild.io is not liable for any hardware or software defects, unstable or lost Internet connection, or any other technical errors that may limit access to the Website or prevent any players from uninterrupted play.
6.3 In the unlikely case where a wager is confirmed or a payment is performed by us in error, the Company reserves the right to cancel all wagers accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake by re-settling all the wagers at the correct terms that should have been available at the time that the wager was placed in the absence of the error.
6.4 If we mistakenly credit your Player Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical issue, error in the paytables, human error, or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your Player Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.
6.5 Wild.io, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers:
- do not warrant that the software or the Website is/are fit for their purpose;
- do not warrant that the software and Website are free from errors;
- do not warrant that the Website and/or games will be accessible without interruptions;
- shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses, or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in relation to your use of the Website or your participation in the games.
6.6 You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Wild.io, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims, and liabilities howsoever caused that may arise in relation to your use of the Website or participation in the Games.
6.7 You acknowledge that Wild.io shall be the final decision-maker of whether you have violated Wild.io’s Terms and Conditions in a manner that results in your suspension or permanent barring from participation in the Website.
6.8 Please be advised that our products are consumed instantly when playing. Thus, we cannot provide returns of goods, refunds or cancellation of your service when playing. If you play a game with Bitcoins or any other currency available inside your account, the money will be drawn from your player account instantly.
7. YOUR OBLIGATIONS AS A PLAYER
7.1 You hereby declare and warrant that:
- You are over 18 years of age or the such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of Your residence (e.g. Estonia – 21 years) and, under the laws applicable to You, legally allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Website.
- You participate in the Games on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
- All information that You provide to Wild.io during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and you shall immediately notify Wild.io of any change of such information.
- You access your account by username and password. We guarantee that We will not disclose your username and password to any third party. We will also take reasonable efforts to implement protective mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access to Your Account. You, on Your behalf, should protect Your username and password and never disclose them to any third party, also You should take all technical and other efforts to prevent Your username and password from being accessed and obtained by any other person without Your authorization.
- You confirm that you know and understand the rules of games offered by the website.
- It is at your discretion to know the payout percentage of each game.
7.2 If We suspect that another person has been using Your Account, We will be entitled to immediately suspend Your Account and block all transactions made from or to Your Account and notify You about our suspicions that unauthorized access may be taking place.
However, it is not our obligation to monitor and detect all unauthorized access to Your Account.
- You hereby acknowledge and agree, that we take no responsibility for any third-party access to Your Account, and under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any losses and damages incurred by You as a result of misuse of Your username and password by any person or for any unauthorized access to Your Account and all transactions where Your username and password have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid, whether or not authorized by You.
- You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to You under relevant laws for any winnings that You receive from Wild.io;
- You understand that by participating in the Games you take the risk of losing Virtual Funds deposited into Your Member Account;
- You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing, or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the Games. Wild.io hereby reserves the right to invalidate any wager in the event of such behavior;
- You understand that Virtual Funds such as Bitcoin are not considered a legal currency or tender and as such on the Website they are treated as virtual funds with no intrinsic value.
- You understand that Bitcoin value can change dramatically depending on the market value.
- You are not allowed to use any payment methods that belong to a Third-party or person.
7.3 Games played on Our site should be played in the same manner as games played in any other setting. This means that players should be courteous to each other and avoid rude or obscene comments.
8. PLAYER ACCOUNT
8.1 Each player can create only one (1) personal account.
8.2 Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead to termination of all such accounts and confiscation of all funds on the balances. The player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors.
8.3 Only one account on Wild.io can be opened per person, one IP address, one physical address, one device, and one payment wallet. The violation of this rule may lead to the blocking of the account and confiscation of the active balance.
8.4 Any returns, winnings, or bonuses which the player has gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active may be reclaimed by us, and players undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.
8.5 The Website can only be used for personal purposes and shall not be used for any type of commercial profit. You must maintain your account and keep your details up-to-date.
8.6 You must enter all mandatory information requested into your registration form, including a valid e-mail address; if you do not enter a valid email address, we will be unable to help you recover any “forgotten passwords”. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete, and correct.
8.7 Wild.io prohibits player collusion and does not allow any kind of robots and programmed devices to participate in gameplay. Wild.io reserves the right to void any gameplay which results from the use of robots and/or programmed devices.
8.8 Players must perform at least one deposit on the platform before being eligible to withdraw any wins derived from personal funds, bonus funds, prize awards, or any other source of income on the platform.
8.9 If a player’s account stays inactive during 12 months (the account holder performs no deposits, bets or withdrawals), it is considered a Dormant Account. The casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of 10$ or cryptocurrency equivalent (or the current balance of your Player Account, if less than 10$) as long as the balance of the Player Account remains positive. While the account is dormant, you authorize the Company to deduct the fee from your Player Account at the beginning of the month following the day on which your Player Account is deemed dormant, and at the beginning of each subsequent month that your Player Account remains dormant. The casino will stop deducting the fee if the account balance is zero or if the account is re-activated. If the player decides to re-activate their Dormant Account, they shall contact casino support team.
8.10 To assist you in gambling responsibly we offer the Profile Limits feature. You can set Session Limits, Cooling Off limits, and Self Exclusion Limits. A decrease in the limit will take effect immediately, however an increase may only occur after email confirmation and only after the previous limit of the same type expires, in order to avoid rash decisions. - Cooling-Off Limit. You can set a Cooling-Off Period for a definite period of time. While the limit is active you cannot deposit to the Casino and you will be excluded from all promotional offers, although you may withdraw the remaining funds during this period. Cooling-Off period is applied to your account immediately. Upon its expiring your account will automatically be re-activated.
- Self-Exclusion Limit. You can set a Self-Exclusion Limit for a definite period of time. Upon doing so your Player Account will immediately be disabled and you will be excluded from all promotional offers for the set period. You will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds when the limit is active. Upon its expiring your account will automatically be re-activated.
- Session limit. You can limit the amount of time spent gambling. The restriction takes effect instantly. If you hit the limit, you will be automatically logged out of vour account. You can set the limit from the period of 6 to 1000000 minutes.
9. WITHDRAWAL POLICY
9.1 At least one deposit is necessary to withdraw funds. All wagering requirements have to be fulfilled. The account may be subject to security verifications prior to the first withdrawal.
9.2 Depositing players will be able to withdraw the deposited funds as long as the bonus amount is still intact. Should the bonus expiry date be reached, both bonus and winnings generated from the bonus may be voided.
9.3 Players can request for a cash bonus or deposit bonus to be removed, but along with the bonus amount, all winnings will be removed as well. Once requested, the procedure cannot be reversed.
9.4 If a cash bonus, or a part of it, is used for a product not described in the promotional material before the requirements have been met, all winnings become void and withdrawals of funds connected with the Cash Bonus (either winnings from wagering the Cash Bonus or the Cash Bonus itself) will be voided. Please refer to our Casino Bonus Payments section to find more info on contributions.
9.5 lf, while playing at Wild.io, you win a sum of money tied to a promotion of noteworthy variety, you agree to set aside time for any publicity event arranged by the Company. The Company ensures the protection of any and all personal information, however, we reserve the right to utilize usernames when making public posts regarding promotion results.
9.6 If you win 10 Bitcoins or more (currency equivalent), we reserve the right to divide the payout into ten instalments, paid with 10 percent every month for 10 months until the full amount is paid out. Maximum withdrawal amounts processed to a player within a 7-day period is 3 BTC (or currency equivalent), and 10 BTC within a 30-day period, unless otherwise specified in the promotional Terms & Conditions, where exceptions can be made to players with a higher VIP status and players who win a progressive jackpot. This is determined solely at the discretion of the casino.
9.7 When a user requests a withdrawal, it is mandatory to confirm the withdrawal address if the withdrawal amount exceeds 500 USDT or its currency equivalent. Withdrawal requests for amounts below the aforementioned threshold will be processed by our team without requiring address confirmation. Users are hereby informed that it is their sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the withdrawal address provided during the withdrawal process. The casino disclaims any responsibility for the correctness of the address provided by the user at the time of withdrawal. No changes or modifications to the withdrawal address can be facilitated by the casino after the withdrawal request has been placed. Should the user wish to alter their withdrawal address, these modifications are solely permissible before the casino initiates the withdrawal processing.
10. CASINO BONUS PAYMENTS
10.1 Deposit bonuses are valid for 1 day unless otherwise stated in promotional material. If the player does not meet the wagering requirements within the 1 day period, their bonus and any winnings will expire and will be voided.
10.2 Winnings from any casino bonus will become a part of the real money balance only after having wagered the value of the bonus 40 or 50 times, depending on the bonus. For example: If a player received 10 mBTC bonus with a 40x wagering requirement he will need to wager 400 mBTC before any winnings and the bonus will become part of the real money balance.

10.4 For any bet, placed bets are deducted from the player’s real money balance. If no real money balance is available then the bet placed is deducted from the player’s bonus balance.
10.5 We reserve the right to remove the bonus and all winnings if a withdrawal request is made prior to meeting the wagering requirements. Winnings should be withdrawn only after the wagering requirements have been met.
10.6 Tracking the bonus wagering progress may be done from your dashboard directly. You can also ask our Support Team.
10.7 The Company may change or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion at any given time.
10.8 By using the bonus funds for play the player has accepted and agreed to all the above Terms and Conditions, and any other requirements or conditions stated in the promotional material.
11. ADVANTAGE PLAY
11.1 Should Wild.io become aware of any user who has accepted the bonus or a promotion with the sole purpose of creating a positive expected value on bonus return by using known practices aimed at securing cash out of said bonus or in any way trying to take advantage of bonuses received by Wild.io, then Wild.io will enforce immediate confiscation of winnings and closure of the account with the right to withhold any further withdrawals. An example of advantage play would be delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirements and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game, Wild.io reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
12. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY
12.1 The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilizes various anti-fraud tools and techniques. The violation of this rule may lead to the blocking of the account and confiscation of the active balance. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to:
- participating in any type of collusion with other players
- development of strategies aimed at gaining unfair winnings
- fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers
- chargeback transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made
- creating two or more accounts
- other types of cheating
- money laundering
12.2 If a player becomes bankrupt in the country of their residence, the Company reserves the right to terminate such Player Account and suspend all payouts to the player. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Company and the player will not be notified or informed about the reasons for such actions. The Company also reserves the right to inform applicable regulatory bodies of the fraudulent actions performed by the player.
12.3 Wild.io has zero tolerance for advantage play. Any player who will try to gain an advantage of casino welcome offers or other promotions agrees that Company reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses, for the reasons:
- chargebacks and double spends;
- creating more than one account in order to get an advantage from casino promotions;
- providing incorrect registration data;
- providing forged documents;
- any other actions which may damage Wild.io.
12.4 Wild.io reserves the right to close your Player Account and to refund to you the amount on your account balance, subject to deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.
12.5 In order to verify a player`s account casino management require documents (ID, payment systems, utility bills еtc) in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. In case a player doesn’t have an opportunity to provide documents in the above-mentioned alphabet casino reserves the right to demand video verification where the player shows his/her documents.
12.6 Wild.io reserves the right to retain payments if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or any other person(s) who has manipulated the casino system or attempted to do so. Wild.io reserves the right to terminate and/or change any games or events being offered on the Website.
12.7 Should you become aware of any possible errors or incompleteness in the software, you agree to refrain from taking advantage of them. Moreover, you agree to report to Wild.io any error or incompleteness immediately. Should you fail to fulfill such obligations, Wild.io has a right to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification.
12.8 Wild.io reserves the right to declare a wager void partially or in full if Wild.io, at its own discretion, would deem it obvious that any of the following circumstances have occurred:
- You or people associated with you may directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event, to obtain an unlawful advantage,
- You and or people associated with you are directly or indirectly avoiding the rules of Wild.io,
- the result of an event has been directly or indirectly affected by criminal activity,
- wagers have been placed that would not have been accepted otherwise, but that were accepted during periods when the website has been affected by technical problems,
- due to an error, such as a mistake, misprint, technical error, force majeure, or otherwise, wagers have been offered, placed, and or accepted due to this error.
12.9 Wild.io is not a financial institution and thus should not be treated as such. Your account will not bear any interest and no conversion or exchange services (including fiat-crypto exchange) will be offered at any time.
12.10 In accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, enhanced due diligence may be done in respect of withdrawals of funds not used for wagering. We provide a player with a withdrawal only when the sum of bets made since the last deposit is more than one (1) time the size of that deposit in slot games or one (1) time for live and table games. If a player requests a cash out without fulfilling this condition, the cash out will be declined till the conditions are met. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Casino.
12.11 If it is discovered that a deposit is the result of a double-spend, it will be considered an act of fraud. In the event/instance that a deposit you make to your player account does not clear the Blockchain within one hour, it will be considered fraud and our bitcoin payment processor will automatically flag those transactions. Flagged transactions will cause your player account to automatically be disabled. All play associated with that deposit will be null and void and your account will reset to the balance before the flagged deposit. Likewise, if a deposit is intentionally delayed by the player through the Blockchain for any period of time, it will be considered fraud. Additional stipulations to double-spends, delayed transactions, and invalid play are outlined in Section 12.12 of these Terms.
12.12 If we find a suspicious betting pattern upon review of your play, that includes but is not limited to betting with a deposit that was not confirmed at the moment of play, Wild.io reserves the right to void all winnings and reset your account to the balance before the flagged deposit.
13 KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (“KYC”)
13.1. Wild.io reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a User. Wild.io reserves the right to restrict the Service, payment, or withdrawal until identity is sufficiently determined, or for any other reason in Wild io's sole discretion. Failure or denial to pass the identity check will result in confiscation of the entire balance.
13.2. Wild.io also reserves the right to disclose a User's information as appropriate to comply with legal process or as otherwise permitted by the privacy policy of Nonce Gaming B.V. (operator of Wild.io), and by using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of such disclosure.
13.3. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure that all documents as a part of the KYC process are genuine. In case of false personal data provided by the players, the withdrawal will be refused and the user account will be terminated. The player will be informed thereof by email. In case of the faked or fraudulent documents provided will result in confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of the player.
13.4. Player’s identity check may require a selfie, a selfie with a note to the casino, a phone call or verification of a player via live video call (Skype).
13.5. In case the player does not reply to our attempts to verify their identity we reserve the right to confiscate their entire balance or/and disable their member account. We'll make reasonable efforts trying to contact them regarding the withdrawal of the funds within 14 (fourteen) days, but if we are not able to reach them (by email, Live Chat, Skype), funds will be retained by the casino.
14. CLOSING OF ACCOUNT
14.1 You may close your account by contacting customer support via email by clicking on “Email Support” at the footer of our main page under the “Support” section.
14.2 Wild.io reserves the right to close your account and to refund to you the “Account balance”, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Wild.io’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.
15. COMPLAINTS
15.1 You are free to contact our customer service team according to the instructions found on the Website to give us any complaints regarding our services.
15.2 Complaints are handled in the support department and escalated in the organization of Wild.io in the case that support personnel did not solve the case immediately. You shall be informed about the state of the complaint to a reasonable level.
15.3 If the dispute is not resolved on Wild.io’s management level, you can contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website.
15.4 In the event of any dispute, you agree that the server logs and records shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim. You agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result that appears on your screen and the game server, the result that was logged on the game server will prevail, and you acknowledge and agree that our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in the relevant online gaming activity and the results of this participation.

17. Miscarried and aborted games
17.1 The Company is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of the Wild.io management.

The Company shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with website or its content, including but without limitation to: delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content, or any errors or omissions in content.
17.3. In the event of a Casino system malfunction all wagers are void.
17.4. In the event a game is started but miscarried because of a failure of the system, the Company shall refund the amount wagered in the game to the User by crediting it to the User’s Account or, if the account no longer exists, by paying it to the User in an approved manner; and if the User has an accrued credit at the time the game miscarried, credit to the User’s Account the monetary value of the credit or, if the account no longer exists, pay it to the User in an approved manner.
18. GOVERNING LAW
18.1 The Agreement and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of Curaçao. You irrevocably agree that subject as provided below, the courts of Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute, or difference concerning the Agreement and any matter arising therefrom and irrevocably waive any right that it may have to object to an action being brought in those courts or to claim that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum, or that those courts do not have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of Wild.io to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.
