Bonus Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
1.1. Bonuses are not available to players from Sweden, including participation in any kind of promotional programs, welcome bonuses, and/or receiving VIP rewards.
1.2. Only new registered players can receive a welcome bonus pack. Please note that activation of any kind of bonuses (including level bonus program bonuses) is allowed only once from one computer (or another device), one IP address, one actual address, one phone number, one account in any payment system, and one person. Violation of these terms will result in account blocking and confiscating all funds on balance.
1.3. All bonuses that are a part of the Welcome Package are valid for 7 days. All other bonuses (unless otherwise stated) will expire after 24 hours from being issued.
1.4. Any player with active limits, such as a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, is not eligible for any promotions at Wild.io and cannot receive any bonuses when these restrictions are applied.
1.5. Wild.io has the right to cancel any bonuses and winnings if there are suspicions that they were acquired dishonestly or result of the player’s breaking any provision of the terms and conditions.
1.6. If you make a deposit and a selected or a claimed bonus is not issued automatically to your account, please do not place any bets or play with the funds, contact the support team via live chat and we will credit the bonus manually. Deposit (reload) bonuses cannot be restored/issued after the deposit has been used and/or canceled.
1.7. All deposit bonuses must be claimed while the deposit is intact in your balance. If you are eligible for a bonus and said bonus does not get added automatically upon depositing, please contact our Live Support team right away, prior to placing any bet.
1.8. Only one deposit bonus can be activated at a time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined. Unless specified otherwise, the maximum bonus amount for bonuses exceeding 150% is 500 USDT or cryptocurrency equivalent.
1.9. There is no limit on the maximum winnings from any type of deposit bonus (unless stated otherwise within the promotion terms and conditions).
1.10. When a player places bets with an active bonus, the real money funds will be spent first. The bet amounts will be taken from the player’s real money balance. When the real money balance is empty, the bet amounts will begin to be deducted from the bonus balance.
1.11. Players can request the withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the wagering requirements, but please bear in mind that the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
1.12. Any bonus can be removed before meeting any wagering requirements. Please contact Wild.io customer support for more details or use the ‘Forfeit’ bonus button within the bonuses section of your account. Please keep in mind that forfeiting a bonus/wager will result in bonus funds and winnings derived from it will be subtracted from your balance.
1.13. When playing with an active bonus (including the winnings from free spins), a player must meet the wagering requirements before being able to place bets higher than 0.0001 BTC, 0.0018 ETH, 0.07 LTC, 0.018 BCH, 60 DOGE, 5 USDT, 9 XRP, 8 ADA, 36 TRX, 0.014 BNB, 5 USD unless stated otherwise. This restriction applies to the entire game round, as well as to doublings after the game round is completed. If a player exceeds the maximum bet when playing with a bonus, the bonus and all winnings received before meeting the wagering requirements will be forfeited.
1.14. Wild.io has protection against over-betting or playing restricted games. If a player tries to place a bet that exceeds the maximum betting amount allowed during the wagering of a bonus, the system will void the bet. If a player tries to enter a game, which can’t be played with an active bonus, access to this game will be denied.
1.15. Postponing any round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features (or any other accumulating advantage) played with the bonus money (i.e. putting them off to a time when you have no more wagering requirements and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game), is prohibited. In such a case the perpetrator’s player account will be blocked and all funds on the balance will be seized.
1.16. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus games stages is prohibited. For example, when a bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus games stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.
1.17. If the wager requirements are not met by the time the bonus expires, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically forfeited.
1.18. A bonus is automatically canceled when the active balance reaches the amount of 0.0000015 BTC, 0.0001 BCH, 0.000035 ETH,0.00035 LTC, 5.5 DOGE, 0.05 USDT, or less. This term only applies to a balance tied to a bonus, i.e. deposit + bonus or only bonus in case of no deposit bonus, and doesn’t apply funds on the player’s balance gained from other deposits or bonuses.
1.19. Free spins are offered as part of various promotions. Depending on the promotion they are part of, the number of free spins and the eligible games may differ.
1.20 Wild.io reserves the right to update and/or the bonus terms and conditions at any time, as well as limit a player’s eligibility to participate or claim bonuses and promotions offered without prior notice.
1.21. Unless stated otherwise, free spins bonuses are available for 2 days from the date of issuing, after which they expire. Winnings gained from free spins are valid for 7 days. If during this period no wagers or insufficient wagers are made, the Free Spins Winnings expire and are deducted from the player’s account. Winnings credited to a player’s account as a result of the wagering of Bonus amounts may also be deducted when the bonus expires.
1.22. All promotions, bonuses, or special offers are subject to the express terms of any bonus offered on the Website(s) and promotion-specific terms and conditions, if applicable, and any bonus credited to Your account must be used in adherence with such terms and conditions. By accepting a promotion, bonus, or special offer available on the Website(s), You consent to the terms and conditions of such promotion, bonus, or special offer and acknowledge that wagers must always be placed with cash balances before bonus balances can be used to wager. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion, bonus, or special offer at any time.
1.23. All free spins are adjusted to be played at the minimum bet amount.
2. Wagering Requirements and Game Restrictions

2.4. Wagering can only be done in slots. Table Games, Live Games, Sportsbook, or any other games can not be used to wager the bonus or while the bonus is active. If you made a bet on any of the restricted games by mistake, please contact our live support.
2.5. Please note that different games contribute to a different percentage of the wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100% (aside from the excluded ones below) while all table games, video poker games, jackpot games, accumulator/progressive games, live games, and other games contribute 0%.

2.7. Unless stated otherwise, our bonuses have a wagering requirement of 40x. This means that you must wager the value of the bonus 40 times. For example: If a player received a 10 mBTC bonus he will need to wager 400 mBTC before any winnings and the bonus will become part of the real money balance.
2.8. Please note that in order to have your winnings credited correctly you have to choose only one slot to play free spins on.
2.9. Winnings from free spins will be credited to your balance as bonus funds and will have a wagering requirement of 40x attached to it.
3. Eligibility & Abuse Prevention
3.1. Users with an active or pending free spins bonus, specifically obtained from Daily Free Spins Bonus must either forfeit the bonus or fully use and meet the wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal.
3.2. Bonuses can only be received once per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, IP addresses and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.), unless specifically mentioned otherwise. Wild.io reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found.
3.3. By activating a Bonus or Promotion, You confirm that You also agree to the applicable terms and conditions.
3.4. In the event that Wild.io believes a Player of the Service is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a policy adopted by Wild.io, then Wild.io may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold, or withdraw from any Player any bonus or promotion, or terminate that Player’s access to the Services, the Software, and/or lock that Player’s account, either temporarily or permanently.
4. No Deposit Free Spins
4.1. Unless stated otherwise, the maximum winnings from any no-deposit free spins are limited to 50 USDT, or the currency equivalent. This limit applies to any initial winnings directly obtained from the free spins, and any subsequent winnings generated by wagering the initial winnings. Any amount exceeding this limit will be forfeited once wagering requirements are met.
4.2. The Wagering Requirements for Free and Registration bonuses are forty (40) times the Bonus sum awarded to you, unless stated otherwise in the supplemental Terms and Conditions. (For Registration bonuses, extra spins, free spins and free bonuses which require NO deposit, note that no winnings at all may be withdrawn/transferred until you have transferred at least $20 or currency equivalent into your Player Account. In addition, no winnings accrued in connection with any Free Bonus may be withdrawn/transferred until the wagering requirements have been met.)
4.3. For no deposit bonus withdrawals, we reserve the right to request a KYC. Regarding the KYC (Know Your Customer), the following documents may be needed for verification: One government approved identity card (ID card, passport and driver's license) with a picture, as well as proof of residency such as a utility bill (which has been issued in the past 90 days). If your deposit was via a credit card we will require a photo of the credit card (front and back) showing all 4 corners.
4.4. Players with disposable email addresses are not eligible for any free spins without deposit. If a player despite this would receive free spins without a deposit being made, all winnings from the spins will be confiscated.
4.5. In order to receive any no deposit free spins as part of the registration process, you need to verify your account via email.
4.6. Unless stated otherwise, Wild.io does not offer any no-deposit bonuses or free spins for registration.
